点评： Situé dans la rue principale de la vieille ville, cet hôtel est installé dans une maison Naxi de 200 ans complètement restaurée. Nous avions une chambre avec un lit double, elle était très confortable et jolie, en bois du sol au plafond avec du mobilier traditionnel. La salle de bain est très grande et propre.
Le petit déjeuner western dans la petite salle commune était très bien. La chambre a coutée 22 €/nuit.
Le propriétaire n'était pas là lors de notre séjour mais il parle français. Pas de problème, le personnel comprend l'anglais.

点评： I've stayed at the Swiss Snow Inn several times now. It's well located in the middle of the old town, and though there were some noise issues in the past, on my last couple of visits it was always peaceful.
Rooms are cosy and have electric heating. The bathrooms could use some renovating, but are adequate and have the best showers I've come across in Lijiang!
The hotel has a little bar with a fire place, though they could stock up on the drinks!

点评： Ok hotel in very central location. The house is built in traditional Naxi style (so lots of wood), with basic, but clean rooms. The bathroom however is in dire need of renovation.
There's a small bar with reception desk and a nice, peaceful courtyard.
Breakfast 'western style' (toast with marmelade or butter, scrambled/fried eggs and coffee or tea) is worth the 30 RMB - you won't find it cheaper elsewhere in Lijiang. They also offer a laundry service, which is ridiculously cheap!

点评： Right in the heart if Lijiang, you cannot get a better location. Downside is that the centre comes alive at night, so you can hear noise and music if you go to bed before midnight. Not loud enough to keep you awake but loud enough to notice.
Beds felt damp both nights - this might be due to the climate but it doesn't feel great. Showers are a not black - very functional but could do with a good bleach.
The owner is a good guy, very relaxed and speaks good English.
Breakfast western style is well worth the 30RMB per head - a good way to start the day.

点评： The town of Li Jiang is entriely pedestrian, so it's vital to have a hotel near the main square where the parking is. This holtel is only a couple of minutes walk from the main square (take the right-hand road and turn left at Dongba's Yak Meat shop)
It's built in the Naxi (local people) style with rooms around a courtyard. The rooms are comfortable, but as mentioned in other reviews the bathrooms are a bit grubby.
Good English is spoken. This is a great rarity in Li Jiang as almost all tourists are Chinese. You can also get an adequate Western breakfast.
